This Safety & Trust policy is structured to meet Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Safety & Abuse Policies, including requirements for dating, social interaction, and AI-assisted applications.
1. User Safety Commitment
Nexuus is a social and matchmaking application that prioritizes user safety, authenticity, and respectful interaction. Safety controls, moderation systems, and enforcement mechanisms are integral to platform operation.
Nexuus does not permit behavior that threatens user wellbeing, violates laws, or undermines trust.
2. Account Eligibility & Authenticity
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to access Nexuus.
- Each user may maintain only one account.
- Impersonation, false identity representation, or deceptive profile information is prohibited.
- Automated and manual systems are used to detect abnormal, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
Accounts violating these requirements may be suspended or permanently removed.
3. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited under App Store and Play Store policies:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or intimidation
- Sexual exploitation or solicitation
- Content involving or targeting minors
- Non-consensual sharing of private or explicit material
- Fraud, scams, financial manipulation, or social engineering
- Requests for money, gifts, or financial credentials
- Promotion of illegal activities
Zero-tolerance violations result in immediate enforcement action.
4. Reporting & User Controls
Nexuus provides built-in safety tools required for compliance:
- Report user profiles, messages, or interactions
- Block or mute users at any time
- Exit conversations without notification
- Control visibility and engagement preferences
All reports are reviewed using automated detection and human moderation pipelines.
5. AI & Automated Interaction Safety
Where Nexuus uses AI-based conversational or voice systems:
- AI responses are constrained by safety, consent, and non-manipulation rules
- AI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
- AI avoids emotional dependency, coercion, or exploitation
- AI interactions are monitored for abuse prevention and policy enforcement
AI systems operate under platform content, safety, and transparency standards.
6. Real-World Interaction Disclaimer
Nexuus facilitates digital connections only. Users are solely responsible for offline interactions. Users are advised to:
- Meet in public locations
- Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information
- End interactions immediately if unsafe
Nexuus does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee user behavior outside the app.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- User data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws
- Personal data is encrypted and access-restricted
- Safety reports may be reviewed to enforce policies
- Data may be shared with authorities only under valid legal request

8. Enforcement Actions
Nexuus Management LLC may, at its discretion:

Nexuus cooperates with lawful investigations where required and complies with:

This Safety & Trust policy may be updated as features evolve or regulations change. Continued use of the Nexuus app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
